The Bill (Reg. No. 0957) aims at regulating the issue concerning calculation of insurance dues to the Fund of Social Insurance for Temporary Loss of Working Capacity, to the Fund of Compulsory State Social Insurance against Unemployment, and to the Fund of Social Insurance against Industrial Accidents and Occupational Diseases. The Bill also supplements the said Law with the regulation, pursuant to which calculation of insurance dues for the compulsory State retirement insurance to the Pension Fund of Ukraine is to be performed under the procedure established by Part 6 of Article 20 of the Law "On Compulsory State Retirement Insurance" for the upfront fees.
Pursuant to the Bill, the effect of the Laws "On Compulsory State Social Insurance in Relation with Temporary Loss of Working Capacity and Expenses due to Birth and Burial", "On Compulsory State Social Insurance against Unemployment" and "On Compulsory State Social Insurance against Industrial Accidents and Occupational Diseases leading to the Loss of Working Ability" does not extend on payments performed in accordance with the said Law.
